The flagship femroe, Sanguine Moon, sits with her back against a fence bearing her name in red text. The sun is shining brightly behind her casting a beam forward to the camera, illuminating her from behind. She is beauty, She is grace, She's gonna shoot you in the face. Sitting somewhere in the range of late-twenties, around seven feet tall, hair redder than Ifrit's arse and a personality twice as spicy, Sanguine looks deceptively sweet and simple. Her smile lights up a room and she is not afraid to break the silence laughing at her own jokes. She loves a good party, the freedom to roam and revel, and is happy to lead if nobody else is willing, and the more fun she has, the more of her you will see ;) But even the moon has a dark side. Behind her every bright smile sits a tongue that's said goodbye one too many times, She carries with her stories and secrets of those she's left behind as the fuel to push her forward. Her heart burns --literally, it /burns/-- with godly passion for her cause. If only she would tell someone what that is... Despite her knack for fashion, She is not afraid to don a suit of plate and charge headfirst into battle with a blade when need be, though with advancements in Garlean counteroffensive tech, she has since taken to the humble firearm, both for its range-of-use and ease-of-access in the scrap-soaked shores of The Pearls. More often than not though, one can find Sanguine roaming from city to city, playing socialite by day and vigilante by night, She's not quite good at 'blending in', so she's taken to standing out just enough to attract potential support for her battles. Though some say she's using it as an opportunity to drink her way towards fighting her own. Whichever it is, you can rest assured that it is indeed a gun under her skirt, but she is still very happy to see you regardless~ ♥ An open book with several papers, notes, coins, scribbles, and stains all across it, appearing to be a dossier of sorts for Sanguine, One page is ripped off, exposing a page behind with secret plans partially obscured with notes. On the sides of the book lay a folder and more scrap papers, as well as a quill with bright red ink on it. The text reads as follows: DEPLOYMENT REPORT: Sanguine Moon Age: Scribbled out in red, marked "28? 29? I don't know" Nameday: 6th AE 1555. exact date unknown Height: 7 Fulms A display of job icons with the text "Still can't heal" Notable Features: Pale pink skin (lightly burned), Pointed ears, Sharpened teeth, Deep red hair, Consistent blush, Bright smile, Often seen wearing black & red, if she's wearing anything at all.. Likely inebriated, Always armed, Very unpredictable mannerisms. History: Originally part of the a sect looking for new eastern routes to supply the Ala Mhigan Resistance through the Rothlyt Sound, Sanguine has been at the forefront of our operation across the entire region since The Battle at Bloodforge. Her unique ability to intake aetheric power without corruption to herself has supercharged her ability to fight in the worst of conditions, and her (REDACTED) is attributed to her influence from (REDACTED) allowing her enough foresight to maintain one step ahead of foes at any given moment. We are incredibly glad she is on our side. For the unintroduced; This is Sanguine! The main focus of the story, but not the only perspective telling it... Sanguine. Reports are coming in from the ears and eyes of The Steed that word of the (REDACTED) has been spreading. We require your efforts on both fronts to soften the impact towards the people of Eorzea. The others are already hard at work in the field, and your hand is the strongest we have. Tell our story, and tell it right. -V Written below: "♥ Won't let you down!" What could all this mean? What are those markings on the map?? What was on that ripped page??? An open scroll revealing a map of The Pearls, with large swaths marked in red ink displaying where Allagan lunar remnants have fallen. Several locations are marked with stars, many of which border the marked zones, Each spot being a designated camp for the operation, often no more than a reclaimed ruin or well-defended cave, but in a region lost to the elements, it's the best this group can get. Some regions, like Bloodforge, Spotlight, Warwheels, and Black Pearl Docks, all have slightly higher relevancy to the operation. Bloodforge is a unique site, rumored to be the source of Sanguine's power. Reports from intercepted garlean intelligence claim it is related to the exclusion zone directly north of it, and the foothills hold something special, only time will tell.. Warwheels operates as a semi-autonomous entity, a dubious arms factory using a terrible mix of aetheric energy and practical engineering creating a mechanical monstrosity of waterwheels and aetherflux furnaces straddling the rapids of the Yugr'am river, We don't ask questions, we just accept their help. The Spotlight is a defunct lighthouse retrofitted with garlean radio-tech in order to intercept incoming reports and attacks from the tip of Mazlaya. While the nerds there are strange, they seem to mean well! Black Pearl is the "economy" of the region, but is no more than a trading hub for local pirates, fishers, and outcasts.. right? On the left hidden behind a bloodstained dagger paperweight is a paper scrap that reads: "All maps and lore presented are works of fanfiction and do not represent actual gameplay experience of the creator nor are they lore accurate or official at all let me worldbuild in peace dammit" (Partially obscured at the end, but the meaning is there!) On the right is a note pressed into the map that reads: "Sanguine, This map will show you the latest findings of the nearby Aetheric Exclusion Zones surrounding the eastern shores, Travel wisely. (P.S. Come home, we miss you)"

This friend has been a massive inspo in the sanguine lore arcs I've been running through my own head while I've been away from the camera. This is an older OC I had built up a while back! part of a larger Sanguine Extended Universe I've been struggling to refine to a posting-worthy status, and thus she's mostly existed in defunct collections and screenshots from a while back. Think of her as Sanguine's mentor, not quite as combat-capable, but the brains behind the whole operation. Sanguine sits in a strappy bikini on the front leg of a giant golden lion statue, her arm is raised above her head and her eyes closed as she basks in the moonlight. This is a very old WIP that I think eventually got redone and posted as one of my most successful poses (it was a butt pic so YEAH no wonder). This lion is in The Goblet housing district at the central pools, and was partially my way of testing some older shaders that are now somewhat different, hence why this may look more similar to my pics 4-5 months ago rather than 1-2 months ago. Anyway, for those who tolerated my rant, here's your reward, I gotta get used to posting pics that arent always entire fckn bangers, and sometimes just casual lil fun things. I swear i enjoy this hobby, its just the showing-it-to-others part i struggle with still, but I'll work on it! drink water and take care of yourselves~

Okay hear me tf OUT, this one was the result of like.. 2-3 hours(?) of post-processing editing, and I am SO proud of how it came out. I found some free pic assets for flame, smoke, blood, shadows, and a bunch of other things that I've been slowly adding to my pics, but this is a first attempt at proper mixed media + my own editing. Pose was just the MCH overheat shot, lighting/flame/smoke etc was all post and likely very overthought out/not entirely accurate, but it looks hella rad and was fun to do, so expect more to come!~ No AI was used! if i ever touch AI pls kill me, my friends can attest to my posing struggles, they saw me sitting in Baelsar's Wall for an hour, I did my time in photoshop here! apologies for the long delay in posts, Oct has been a very busy month, but I'm surviving! This one was a bit of a challenge purely because I had the spot picked but could NOT figure out what to pose there. I've been trying to make a better use of the environment around me in pics, which has been a huge challenge in some places (looking at you, Ultima Thule..) and a huge benefit in others. This spot was in Dock Poga, in one of the many balconies that show up once you finish the questline, which i find super lovely! but it's a little hard to capture and I wanted something to cling onto the last setting warmth of summertime before my canadian 6month winter hibernation, so you get a late bikini pic. For the few that read this whole thing; I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the friends I make here and the folk who make the efforts to check in on me in my hard times. I've been going through a lot of unexpected self-discovery lately, but it's been productive. The recent inspo for posing lately has been just going through the different duties solo until a spot stands out to me, this was actually taken in the main story duty Castrum Meridianum, in the section after you exit the chute. it's one of the few orange-y spots in the map and my visuals work best with that kind of lighting, so I played with it a little and this was the result! I've honestly had a blast here, thanks again to all the folk who came by to say hi and hang out ♥ I was far too nervous to come alone as always but having my lil squad to dance and vibe with has been a massive boon, it's been so fun seeing so many familiar faces and talking to so many people, and I feel v loved ^^ I still plan to be on hiatus until 7.3 plogins return, but the brain has been furiously running after the runaway gpose train it failed to catch the first time, I'm just as tired of the crashout-confidence loop as yall are, but in truth I had some things going on outside of my bsky circles (mildly leaking into them) that was heavily affecting my confidence up and down, and I've finally made steps to fix that and regain a bit of my autonomy and independance again. Since then I've been making the effort to talk to more people and make new friends, and its been chicken soup for my broken soul. I dare say I feel rather sanguine about things for the first time in a long time, it's nice to be myself again ^^ anyway, expect things to come once crimes are back in the new patch. I may throw out some musings until then to remind yall about this big red rat in passing, pls look forward to it ♥ Song lyrics are from 'I Wanna Go' by Britney Spears!

I've had a bad night, I'm very tired. Shoutout to all my tired mfs. This one has niche meaning that didnt quite translate to the final pic but it still turned out pretty enough to post, i totally couldve cluttered it up more and it wouldve been fine, but i was on a time crunch for posing. this was also small test of some new things too, specifically stronger lense flare on fire and smoke effects for framing, some things are very hard to capture with the medium of gpose so I have to rely on my little bit of editing and shader work to make things pop. Sometimes its worth it, this is one of those times i think :) would you believe none of these are brio props and my table in my apartment is actually just that messy? come over sometime and see for yourself ;)

As someone who has struggled with addiction (still do in many ways) this one comes as a bit of a personal callout, as the desire to socialize and the desire to self-medicate tend to go hand-in-hand for me, and both have been slowly building as a result of boredom and burnout. It's not the healthiest cycle, so I'm working on it. I promise I'm fine ♥ Having an OC like Sanguine that I can write all my own traumas into has been a surprising help, as it's offered a sense of self-reflection I slightly lacked before, and the freedom to imagine a situation in which she can heal in a way I could too. Her life has not been easy, She's seen isolation, betrayal, and pain in ways nobody should; Yet she loves with her whole heart like the glass cannon it is. Maybe one day she will feel better, Maybe one day I will too~ Song is 'Ptolemaea' by Ethel Cain. It's pretty fcked up in the best possible way, go check it out ♥
