Like this sounds like such a cutesey Christian campfire song but he's just so incredibly earnest the way he sings it, and utterly charming.
I believe he means every word he sings and I adore that.

Re-listening to mewithoutYou's catalog and one of the things I adore about them is how earnestly Aaron Weiss sings his lyrics

He's got a sense of humor about it sometimes but nothing he sings ever feels like its not genuine. And ironically he'd probably tell you the exact opposite.
