What a joke. The coaching staff couldn’t have played this hand any worse. I love Munster but at this point I hope he goes to Leicester for his career’s sake.

In a normal professional structure you are absolutely right - the whole national team owning the clubs distorts priorities IMO. Player safety and management are great but the current system definitely restricts too.

Isn’t that the basic structure of the IRFU?
Regardless, too many good Munster players seemingly don’t have a future as internationals unless they play like Leinster.

At this point does Munster have to change to off ball style too in order to develop players that fit? Seems to neuter Crowley going forward.

As an American, I am very used to players moving from team to team. Why is the provincial pull so strong in Ireland? If you are a professional at anything, moving for a job is not strange.

How bad was Hank’s? I feel like it was his only weakness, but maybe not that weak, given his strengths everywhere else (besides stick handling)!
