I wonder what the expectation of what America should be paying relative to other countries? Almost every American I meet believes their healthcare is the best, if it’s the best, it’s also going to be the most expensive.

This is true with the the less capable models (the minis/ haikus), but not so much of the larger ones. I guess there will need to be a lot of craft in choosing the right model for the right job, perhaps even dynamically based on the request.
