Yeah except like 80% of the people pretending to care about the environment when AI is the energy hog are unwilling to make any personal sacrifices to slow climate change. They hate LLMs for whatever genuine reason about IP, accuracy, user sociability, whatever, and climate impact is just a cudgel.
