Half of my run yesterday I was up to my ankles in water, reservoirs overflowing yet @yorkshirewater.bsky.social still have a hosepipe ban. They have lost what little credibility they had.

Totally agree. Sheffield City Council really ought to be driving this as part of a regeneration strategy to bring world class events to the city, with all the growth that would bring. The USP is the home of football

Divestment usually means to sell off business interests. I don’t see anything in the EFL statement that suggests Chansiri retaining any shareholding. As you say no-one would consider having him still involved.

The most disappointing thing, is that as a leader he has apparently abandoned his team and left them to fend for themselves. I hope there is a good reason, but it is hard to justify with what little I know about the situation. #leadership #SWFC

Incredible the absence of leadership here. In times of crisis when the absolute leader fails I would have expected the next person in line to step up and demonstrate true leadership on behalf of the rest of the organisation, setting aside their own personal needs. Reprehensible #SWFC #leadership

He is supremely fit, played the second most minutes and his stats are unreal compared to his team mates. Worth at least one more year at this level.

What he meant to say was “he will come back to us until a championship club with too much money and desperate for success pays over the odds for him”. Great player and that’s the problem with loans. Good luck to him.
