You can look into the console for any own print debug statements or see when your udon script throws an exception

But there is no way to basically step through your code line by line or set any breakpoints to find any occuring issues (yeah, only in UdonSharp) (afaik)

this older post (bsky.app/profile/mitc...) yields me 1.1 Mbit/s of bitrate, so they def. upped the bitrate, which is good
