habitable just means the planet is in the “habitable zone” around its host star, meaning water can exist stably as a liquid on the planet’s surface. we aren’t saying we should live there. it’s just a classification.
No, you are not. But tell me this why are astrophysicists so worried about "habitable" [ for whom ] exo-planets when we have Siberia, the Canadian Tundra, Antarctica and where there is no problem breathing oxygen, drinking water, radiation and probably less cold. And we can't reach those places.
