Luckily the game gives you like twelve save slots! Also each playthrough is like, two hours tops, it's not *too* committal. Give it a shot!!

Rainworld is funny to me, I played it when it first released and had a good time, then recently I've been clockwork orange'd into perceiving the entirety of its lore (surprise Buddhism)

Book of Hours is actually a damned brain eating amoeba at this point, I have so many games to play but it keeps drawing me back in time after time. Travelling at Night looks so so interesting too, especially given the context of who the player character is...

Either as poison for aspirants who dream too far, or just having it prepared ahead of time as a ritual implement so he needn't cut himself open in the moment.

Also HAHA YEAH, as someone super into IRL theology and esoterica, CultSim and Book of Hours are a parasite in my brain, new game soon, too..
