My lighting system for interiors:

I didn’t show this in my last area‑light video: it works with any type of object.
It’s not a planar reflection—it’s an analytical area light.
And if you look closely, you’ll notice texture support in the reflection.

Lamp posts, foundations, and barriers pop up right away—you place them and they’re there. Bigger builds are a different story: they take time, and you’ll watch them rise bit by bit as the day goes on.

More area‑light goodies.

My area‑light system works in Unity URP Forward and Forward+
I’ve added roughness‑based reflection, Fresnel roughness, and GGX integration.
Since it’s an approximation, the roughness sometimes flares a bit, but it’s manageable.
