Noticed an uptick in followers over the last few days and based on the bios, I suspect I have the @noproscenium.com Starter Pack to thank. So, it's probably worth doing a brief intro!

Hi. I'm Michael: I run ARGN.com, and am based out of the NYC area.

...in solving four out of five, I got to see the reveal and can now go back and figure out what I was missing for Gentleman Fan.

George Wilson remains my favorite of the set, though.
mjandersen.bsky.social
...oh I LOVE the George Wilson puzzle. That is just flat out delightful.

...goddammit I love it when a puzzle book takes its design seriously. Here's hoping the actual puzzles live up to the packaging!

...well, at least I got my confidence levels right.

Hey all, I'm trying to get a baseline for how good people are at detecting whether fiction is AI-generated or human-written (most of the research on this is for nonfiction and my hypothesis is we're better with fiction).

If you have time, give it a try?

One of my prized "wait why does that even exist" artifacts is a signed Jenga tile from the PAX Unplugged live session of Dread.

So excited to see this crowdfunding campaign drop, I've been citing Sagas of Sundry as what I want to see more of in the actual play space for years.
Tales of Dread: The Cave
An immersive horror actual play featuring props, sets, and an all-star cast of players to tell a terrifying new story.

If a little girl covered in ash appears hanging upside down from your ceiling dripping black bile and whispering in Latin, lay a mirror flat on the ground beneath her and count backwards from 24.

This works most of the time.

Those who are 35+, what advice do you have for people just entering their 30s?

I love everyone I know online or IRL who is from Philly or who currently lives in Philly, it is a town that produces good posters and amazing weirdos. Plus the Eagles got so many of my favorite Dawgs on the roster that I say Go Birds to people I see wearing Eagles gear now.

"Spend enough time in certain corners of the internet, and you risk becoming spiritually and culturally Philadelphian." Gift link, because Philadelphians are kind and welcoming. Go Birds. share.inquirer.com/nhONWX
Does the internet have a Philly accent? Why too much time online can make you ‘culturally Philadelphian.’
Perhaps certain online corners have a special Philly pull.

We even have more than one song on the album speaking to exactly this experience, to comfort us!

"Oh hey, I'm on a movie poster" may be a gimmick, but it's a really good one.

Shelby Oaks' most recent movie poster includes the names of every Kickstarter backer. I'm a neck! neon.app.box.com/s/etsg1h03kd...

...you're almost free of me Swiftposting, I swear. Movie time! The theater is appropriately lit / decorated.

Particularly fun: the DM screen downstairs, with important reminders.

Critical Role popup was slightly disappointing since they were sold out of practically half their inventory for the day (books and pins in particular), but there were still a few light touches to show it wasn't just shopping.

It's such a good song but also it's such a specific headspace to choose to enter, now that we know.

The "I protect the family" memes are particularly good.

Well done, Swifties. You live up to the speed indicator in the fandom name.

About three hours, Cosplay Taylor was spot on. First book was "Disney Adults", and second book I unfortunately wasn't vibing with (through no fault of its own) so it will go unnamed. bsky.app/profile/mjan...

Cosplay Taylor just walked by and said it's probably a 3 hour wait from here and it's already worth it for that alone.

Even have some tangentially appropriate reading material for it.
