It’s really impressive how all of these conferences were able to juice their schedules to get as many teams with 2 or fewer losses.

In theory I don’t mind Alabama being ranked ahead of Notre Dame. It’s just odd to have them jump ND in the rankings after narrowly beating a lousy Auburn team. Auburn hasn’t beaten an FBS team with a winning record.
Stanford is bad too, but at least ND won convincingly.

I wonder if that includes a buy out of a team option for next year. Just seems high since mlb trade rumors projected $2m

@cyrthogg.bsky.social I was listening to the conversation about Quero on the pod this morning and it got me thinking… if the Brewers end up using Quero’s third option in 2026, is it possible he’ll be granted a 4th option year after 2026 due to only being on the active roster for 1 day in 2024?

For as good as Ashby was during the regular season, possibly our best reliever, he makes me nervous. This probably isn’t fair, but he didn’t perform well last year in the playoffs and his only good outing during the nlds was with a sizable lead. I really hope he turns it around tonight.
