The hydro-bio-dynamics that drives the human organism to be in constant motion is also what drives its adaptations & compensations to best organize it in a way that is most efficient (not necessarily best), familiar (which produces patterns) & comfortable (to be task-oriented)….

Much like our evolutionary journey was a process of cosmic and solar influences, cellular adaptations, developmental chance, individual and collective errors, corrective changes, growth, and learning, so too do each of us follow a similar path during our human experience….

The complexity of the human organism lends itself to an inability to effectively label, comprehensively describe, completely capture, neatly organize, and thus, truly understand the depths of its inner workings. It demands respect for this complexity & patience when introducing change….
