Carney is a world class negotiator, Smith not so much. Smith has agreed to reduce oil field emissions through carbon capture initiatives. She has to fight it out with BC and native leaders for the pipeline. Carney has said "Let me know how you make out". BC is a hard no, good luck Ms. Smith.
