I would love to know what terrorist group he is supporting. Are you talking about the completely outrageous war due to the Israeli government choosing to impose their will upon a group of individuals? The government that is currently imposing a mass genocide? Seems obvious to me who is in the wrong.

There is definitely a law that defines where special education funding comes from. So incredibly frustrating. This cannot be done unless congress changes the law.
