Does it still count if it’s very low altitude?

Someday I will break out my good camera to get more fitting documentation, but found this in my phone’s photo roll (2nd duck out of frame)

Black bellied whistling ducks are the best ducks. I particularly like the way pairs of them hang out on top of houses in my neighborhood trying to out-cantankerous each other.
