Nature Valley bars are on the top of my to-eat list.

for me, it's fruit cups, microwave "yakisoba", sweet bagels, and Subway sandwiches. bagels have to have cream cheese and lox.

you don't need to spread rice out on a baking sheet, but just like with soup you should probably portion it to get it down to 4C within two hours of cooking it.

you can also keep it hot (I forget the temp). iirc, Japanese rice cookers have a setting to keep rice safely hot.

i think people leave it out at room temperature for too long (more than 2 hours). the bacterium that's the culprit - Bacillus cereus - grows on grains and is hard to kill, so old spaghetti is also an issue
