I was wondering the same thing. I listen to their podcast Pivot. He’s spoken about the book and what he’s addressing in it. I agree with what he’s saying just wasn’t sure I wanted to invest in the book. I’ll wait for paperback. 😉

They’re like software developers running around with no QA to check them. Everything is “a feature”, “not reproducible” or “working as design” with their approach.
