The problem in crochet is that the same term means something different in USA and UK.
I never had that issue with knitting.

The problem in crochet is that the same term means something different in USA and UK.

I am really enjoying that compared with knitting, crochet is
- easier to fix mistakes
- faster due to taller stitches
But US and UK using different terminology makes my brain hurt. Each pattern I look at, I have to parse which is used (and sometimes translate). Knitting doesn't have that hassle.
