In 24 hours (10pm CET) I will be hosting and streaming a large Hobbit Speedrunning tournament. With an elimination format where every player races over and over, until only the fastest remains. Not only will this be the game's biggest tournament, but also its biggest races.

I've also been tweaking and testing the thumbnail a lot still. I really like the current version so I went back and made a similar styled one for The Hobbit which also seemed to perform better. Maybe a consistent style I'll stick with from now on, we'll see.

I was testing 2 thumbnails for the video thinking that the text only version would be the clear winner, but it turns out the Madeline one actually did ever so slightly better. Not a clear victory by any means but it's the one I personally preferred (and took more effort) so I'm pretty happy about it

I don't normally give this comment much attention. Yet with the recent opinion I'm seeing towards very long form content becoming sloppy and sloppier I can't help but wonder where I fit on the spectrum. Where's the line between things I want to give extra attention and things that are "filler"?
