Mortal Kombat Betrayal is a YouTube animated series based on the story of Mortal Kombat 4. I'll be posting updates and other stuff related to the series here.
🦂🦂🦂 Episode 11 goes back to Scorpion's search for Quan Chi. I don't want a repeat of Scorpion's last episode, so I've build a unique environment to keep things fresh. It'll be on a boat in the middle of the ocean, which is something I've never done, so it'll be a unique challenge.

🌸🌸🌸 Been moving a lot of scenes around. There's 3 scenes in particular that flow together really well, and those 3 scenes will be Episode 10. There won't be any fight scene unfortunately, but having no fight scene also means fast production, so it should be finished in about 2 weeks.

☠️☠️☠️ Just finished Episode 9 yesterday, so this is the final update. I'm going to render it today and sort out the subtitles tomorrow, so it'll be released December 24th. Figured it's better to upload it on a day where people are more bored.

☠️☠️☠️ This will likely be the last update before Episode 9 is released. This video had a lot of time consuming challenges which slowed down production time. Good news is that the fight scenes in Episode 9 are kinda nuts.

The Outworld Army in Edenia needed some sort of commander, so I went digging around the internet and found this character. mugenarchive.com/forums/downl... The design perfect, as if it was made specifically for the video, so it was an easy choice.

👊👊👊 Kitana needed an upgrade. No mask also means I had to change the dialogue box face image. I've decided to use the same arena as Episode 2, but with same extra sections. I also watched past videos and noticed Kitana seems kinda weak, so I'm going to fix that too.

☠️☠️☠️ Getting everything ready for Episode 9. The Edenia scene in Episode 2 showed one of Shao Kahn's strongholds in Edenia getting destroyed, and Episode 9 will be showing the battle against the final stronghold.

🔥🔥🔥 Episode 8 is about 80% finished. The video is just two scenes, starting with Scorpion, then ending with something else. The second scene ended up being 7 minutes long, and now I'm just adding some stuff to Scorpion's scene to make the video a bit longer.

Episode 8 goes back to Outworld. Scorpion's situation is kinda interesting. Scorpion is searching for Quan Chi, but everybody believes Quan Chi is dead, so everybody thinks Scorpion is blindly searching for nothing, but in reality it's everybody else who are blind.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Episode 6 is completely finished, and I'm rendering everything now. I miscalculated the length of some scenes at the end of video, so now the video is 20 minutes long. It's a miracle I got it finished on time. The release date will be Friday September 19th at 5PM EST

⭐️⭐️⭐️ All of the fight scenes in Episode 6 are finished, I just need finish up some dialogue at the end of the video. I'm going to target September 19th for a release date. I went way over my 10 minute time limit, looks like the video will be around 16 minutes.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Episode 6 is a flashback episode to add some extra lore. It shows the story of how Stryker and Kabal met during the MK3 storyline, while at the same time explaining Kabal's situation in the current series. There's 3 scenes in the video, I'm working on the final scene now.

☠️☠️☠️ Hope yall liked Episode 5, it was more of a chill episode to help lay some context for future videos. Episode 6 goes back to Earthrealm, and it has a lot more action. It's mostly a video meant to answer some questions people have about Kabal.

✔️✔️✔️ Episode 5 is finished, and I'll be releasing it next week once everything is touched up. The video is about Outworld, and I tried to make Outworld feel like an actual world rather than the barren wasteland it's depicted as in a lot of MK games.
