Same, I didn’t remember most of my childhood memories, as they were tainted by cancer. So I had to learn about my own life through my dad’s blog posts and my childhood diary.

I feel that. Publishing felt very exposing, like I was handing my diary to the world!

I usually have more and they’re more intense

Both, it sometimes triggers them but I would be a walking coma without coffee
