I have Burnout 2 on Gamecube, funnily enough. I bought it aty launch and If I recall correctly, it came out a couple of months after the PS2 version. Supposedly it had been updated quite a bit compared to the initial PS2 release.

I'm more of a fan of the particular game balance of 2, but I can easily see this being the case for many. It certainly eclipses its predecessor in terms of complete unhinged spectacle! And I'm enjoying it more, the further I play.
