so is it a national security threat? Trump and most of Congress seem to think so. Is him re-enabling it mean he no longer thinks it's a security threat? (FTR, I always found this argument specious as China likely already has every US consumer data AND every other social media platform does, too)

Tiktok goes offline for less than a day and then comes back. Trump takes credit for it and says he'll issue an EO to restore it and Tiktok THANKS him. Not to mention that Trump met with the CEO of TikTok in December 2024,who is rumored to attend the inauguration...
