I would suggest Ground News (unfortunately not free), it consolidates news from different sources and indicates the general bias of the source. Amazing the different facts that get reported and left out based on the media organization.

I did not say they were not military nor did I say they did not commit their share of atrocities. I said that on the whole they were not Nazis.

No different than saying that members of the American military are not all members of one political party.

The SS and the Gestapo were Nazis. The other branches (especially the draftees) were just Germans.
