It's never good to separate the people of a nation from the government. It's not good to separate the people of the US from the government. Not good to separate the Jewish people from the government of Israel. That's what they want. We need to take responsibility for our government.

I do not doubt that the wealth that the rich young ruler had was earned honestly by generations of honest hard labor and wise stewardship. But in the light of the poverty and the suffering of so many people clearly seen. It's unconscionable to live in such opulence. Same thing today.

Wealthy moderates support social investment, as long as it doesn't affect their money. This is total hypocrisy. The best of both worlds but totally ineffective. This kind of centrism is poisonous to the Democratic party and to America. People are suffering and dying because of it.
