It is based on the "Knit by numbers" by Julie Theaker (as are many of the sweaters I make.) I divined the fade myself based on the colors I had.

I used Lion Brand Basic Stitch Premium.
For the froth I used a loopy type yarn I got at the dollar store, I don't know the brand.

Before I started I had planned on the small size, all in purple and white, but when I cast on I went for the large and ran out of purple. So I did the top border in blue, and then to make it symmetrical, so I redid the lower border in blue and kitchnered it back together, all 339 stitches.

I used Pound of Love (Lion Brand) and the large size ended up being 73 inches by 22 inches, not counting the fringe.
