Once again, we’re closing down our #Epiphany evening teary-eyed from our annual viewing of John Huston’s last film: _The Dead_ (from the James Joyce _Dubliners_ collection) We cry every year, usually at the ame points in the film , but would never want to skip the beauty and poignancy of this night.

Took me a while to figure out what my first #Bluesky post should be — an expression I heard this week and wanted to (1) recall, and (2) share in case folks might find a need to describe someone who can be very persuasive.
