USAID is such a small part of the federal budget but has an outsized effect where it’s used. The human toll, the soft power given to adversaries is needless and evil. Rubio and MAGA are 100% guilty.

There is no evidence that non-citizens are voting. Speaker Johnson says it’s his “intuition” but that is no substitution for facts. The overriding fact is that SAVE is disenfranchising citizens - especially women.
