You got some good suggestions in the other comment I saw. Let me add that you could also recruit friends (Or 5) to go in your place, volunteer for lead-up and get out the marchers work, help with publicity, participate in a virtual event. There is ALWAYS something you CAN do.

It seems to me that the goal of preaching to the choir is to grow a larger, louder, more beautiful choir. To do that, we all need to be inspiring.
