That means that many rural areas will not receive items. My rural school has ordered exhibit boxes and Giant Maps from national museums/organizations and have consistently been told they are undeliverable, meaning I have to drive to get them from a depot. Canada Post is a service, not a business.

Traditionally that part of Lanark County didn’t. It used to be very rural, small farming villages but has changed a lot in the last 20 years, more suburban. Bruce did the same retail politics for the last year, door to door that Pierre did in 2004 to oust David Pratt, a sitting minister.
