I think Obama was embarrassed to have been given the Nobel Peace Prize. Trump looked like a kid in a candy store and he couldn’t even wait for the FIFA guy to hang the medal around his neck. It’s beyond parody.

As the polls plummet for Trump and GOP, one can expect outrageous actions to ramp up, doing as much damage as possible and entrenching a lot of bad stuff before the midterms if there are midterms.

If you read Paris 1919 by Margaret McMillan, it’s astonishing how cavalier the leaders were in carving up the world. Many of the world’s problems stem from the Treaty of Versailles. Trump and his enablers are just as cavalier in foreign affairs. How the hell did this happen?
