Loud laugher. Parent of a poorly trained dog and decently trained kids. Wife to one of the good ones. You’ll have to repeat that because I wasn’t listening.
Let’s find out

I was so hoping we were about to have a Ron Cherry moment.

Saw a couple as a kid. One was a F0 and was like a giant dust devil during a thunderstorm. The other was huge on the edge of a storm a mile or so away. We stood in stunned silence hoping it didn’t change directions. It went across the highway and kept on going. Fear and awe.

My parent went on a 3 week European river cruise. There is a lot of lounge area and out-of-room areas because they made it without killing each other. The river cruises spend so little time on the boat that even a tiny room could be manageable.

My mother has a chandelier from Bette Midler and it is her pride and joy. It is a good looking light and makes her so happy.

Looks great. Adding this to the back to school list - we will all need a pick-me-up when the holiday ends.

The entire Tesla engineering group who lasted less than a year here?

I cackle at the number of people who come to Austin expecting low tax California and flee a year later after realizing that the taxes are actually higher here for most high earners, it’s summer for 6 months, and it is governed by crazy right wingers. Tax away CA- they’re not leaving.

Local reports say that the US struck an empty field in a peaceful farming area.

Churches are not all the same and it is lazy to lump all Christians together. We believe in a mission of love and quiet service. I also believe in door knocking for good candidates and protesting against cruelty and greed. Churches can be a great thing.

I do not like a lot of churches but I love our church. My kids run and play, and volunteer and serve. They know the bible enough to know when it’s being misused by others. They practice a simple, loving and kind faith. I am so grateful for our community- a respite in this chaos.

Reframing my mind from football to basketball takes a minute and can cause great confusion at times.

My MIL told a story from Houston about how a swarm of roaches emerged from a tree one year and a friend had ticks falling out of her tree this year. We’re entering a Christmas Disasters episode territory.

This guy sent a Christmas card/campaign flyer to my parent’s house. She thought it was a card and was worried that she didn’t send one to him but found his card off-putting enough not to worry about it. Way to irritate the ladies of Abilene with your weird Christo-political holiday card, Mayes

Eric was innocent. Unlike DeBlasio when he off’d that groundhog.

He could also look across his own dinner table (I guess his wife is still there?)

I’ll swing by after I finish with helping to scrape all that glued styrofoam off the interior of the White House. We will need a break while the spackling dries before we can paint.

The public is way underestimating the criming abilities of the GOP. These guys are next level. It’s what they do best.
