SCOTUS spends so much time trying to tease out the thoughts of the founders when they established the U.S. Constitution. Well, they were very clear, and no decisions of this bought off SCOTUS are in keeping with the "original" libertarian beliefs.

Seems like all the "originalists" packing the SCOTUS would be fully aware of the clear intent of the Bill of Rights. "...prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers...(and) ensure beneficent ends of its institutions."

Hmm, RIF as a tool to punish political adversaries isn't one of the reasons to institute a RIF. That said, agencies had to submit RIF plans months ago. They were going to enact them regardless.

You can tell by looking at him that Capt. Christopher "Chawdah" Hill is fully qualified to command the USS Harry Truman. Better check which ladies and blacks on board are the problem.
