He stoled the 3 trillion tariff dollars. He wrote it wasn’t available in a last minute attempt to get SCOTUS to rule in his favor. He isn’t sending checks to anyone, but also, IT’S NOT HIS MONEY. Congress has the power of the purse. Where is the bill? Shouldn’t there be a bill before this headline?
