a) software development is relaxing
b) management and leadership is mostly about knowing yourself, serving and enabling others
c) most people in a leadership shouldn’t be there because they lack the b)asic training

When you’re in a role where others look to you for guidance, your emotions carry weight. Be mindful of how you respond to challenges and decisions, because your reactions can influence the people around you.

Why do some products torture their users into paying for a subscription? Strava, Youtube, Revolut, Soundcloud, just to name a few. Rather make your products so good, that people will throw money at you.
