And despite all this, I wouldn't live anywhere else in the country. We consistently rank at the top in terms of quality of life across all relevant metrics.
The only thing I don't like is that the state gov keeps trying to ban guns, when this is the exact type of tyranny 2A was written for.

Thanks, boss. This shit's a full-on occupation. Between CBP and ICE, there are more federal agents in MN right now than there are local PD in the ten biggest LE agencies in the state combined.
I'm no fan of cops either, but it's good to put into perspective.

If you've got a craft store near you, go look for a UV resin pen kit. It's not a particularly pretty fix but it can delay the multi-hundred-dollar bill by a few months.
I ran a pair of resin-repaired glasses for ~4 months when I was unemployed in 2020.
