This is such a good point and I see it missed in many cultural comparisons between countries

Peoples from the past that had a culture but that culture has no major elements in a current descendant culture.

In the 60s we knew this was coming
In the 70s we knew this was coming
In the 80s we knew this was coming
In the 90s we knew this was coming
In the 2000s we knew this was coming
In the 2010s we knew this was coming
In the 2020s it's here.
And still they are not listening!!

I assumed to lower the age of the population. But the median age for Australia is 38 and the median age for permanent migrants is 37. www.abs.gov.au/statistics/p...
