Our Junior Research Group started three months ago!
We’ve successfully set up the lab and begun our first experiments. 🧫🧬
Excited to explore natural products produced by bacteria from the #moss microbiome and uncover their bioactivities and roles in microbial interactions! 🌱🦠🧪 #metabolomics

Just wrapped up inspiring days of science and networking at the VAAM Workshop “Biology of Bacteria Producing Natural Products” in Berlin!
Our team’s first conference ended on a high note — 2nd prize for best poster! 🥈🥳

Our first team outing took us up into the trees! 🌳🧗
Last Friday we went to the climbing forest in Gera, where we tackled different routes, challenged ourselves, and had a lot of fun together! 💪😃
