Nailed it! And Maroon 5 as Kara's Flower was AWFUL. Like stiff on stage, lyrically bad, musically bad. Clearly completely reimagined and polished for pop with the new name.

If the Twin Cities doesn't represent Minnesota, by all means, remaining 80 counties, pay for your own highway maintenance, fund your own schools and libraries, and pay for your own law enforcement without taking more from the state than you contribute. It only seems fair, right?

The remaining 46% – based on population – comes from outstate Minnesota. The economic activity, and in turn, tax revenue generated is at least 54% from the Twin Cities. But if outstate Minnesota wants to be self-sufficient and represent themselves, don't take tax dollars from the Twin Cities.

So while much of outstate (rural) Minnesota votes Republican, those small areas of Democratic majority votes are in the state's most densely populated areas (think Duluth, Rochester, etc.). But the Twin Cities alone – based on population, accounts for at least 54% of the economic activity.

For people that can't figure that out, Minnesotas has a population density of ~67 people per square mile, the Twin Cities has a population density of 1,060 people per square mile. Doing the math, the remaining non-Twin Cities 80 counties have a population density of 31 people per square mile.

This is tough. I think it was Reel Big Fish, The Aquabats and a third band that I have totally forgotten about.

I thought that it had yo do with the grade it started in. Middle school starting at 6th grade, junior high starting at 8th grade. Basically keeping 6th graders in elementaries. I went to a middle school in the 90s but it was a junior high in the old days when my mom attended the same school.
