Unfortunately, many freeze from overwhelm and anxiety, doing nothing. But if 19 out of 20 people don’t take action, the one who does has to work 5 hours a day.

Listening to pro football talk about how well people are coming together in the face of natural disaster is taking away from the fact that this was all known for decades and the lobby for fossil fuels propelled the negligence toward regular people and infrastructure. Disappointed but not surprised.
