I loved seeing him cause the turnover and assist on the third goal. Not that he helps in defense much but that he did was noteworthy. Cool to see

Turns out scoring 3/4 goals and giving up none or 1 is a winning strategy. A pretty good one at that.
Have you gone into depth as to what was the shift here? Was it leadership? Tactics? Personnel? Did he wait to solve this until he needed to give other teams less insight to work around it?

Musah is a great comparison here I think, thanks for that. Clearly skilled, but if you had to take Luna or Musah -- feels like Poch would take Luna right now in a heartbeat.

Do you think any of the high skill/talent players lose their World Cup position to a gritty/dependable player? I know it’s not Pulisic, probably not Weah. Curious where Pochettino is going to make room for the attitude he clearly values (AND has shown dividends.)
