Get the smugglers, keep them out, blockade, board boats, show us the drugs. I'm for all of it. Why does it have to be half-assed tough guy bluster on the fringes of legality? People support putting all of our resources into doing it the right way. Trump could be a hero but he chooses this.

Impeachment will just empower them. The Republicans are still not going to vote to remove him. The most impactful thing you could do to Trump is nullify and neuter him in 26 and then let him wallow in nothingness while the Democrats get things done. Don't make it about him.

My MAGA friends are desperate to paint this as some 4D chess move to neutralize Mamdami... When in fact Trump just took all the heat off him and is trying to co-opt the affordability issue

MTG is still the same nut. All she is doing here is representation. Sticking up for the nuts that voted for her. Calculated? Maybe, but in the end that is what they are supposed to do. She's just saying I'm not in a cult I'm here for my constituents. It says a lot that Trump can't handle that.

We can debate SNAP all we want, no system or program is perfect. But, overwhelmingly it feeds people who need help. The money is there and it is written that it won't be interrupted. Our government is literally going to court to try and stop the program from feeding hungry people. Let that sink in.
