Being told both my vision and eye health is exceptional this morning was a much needed boost after yesterday's gym injury.

Something went pop in my side again while doing leg press. Hoping that's not me out of the gym for three weeks again! That really bloody hurt last time.

Completed #DragonAge #Veilguard last night and I have to say it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. The storytelling let it down maybe - it didn't feel as immersive as previous titles.

6 months steady progress. Really happy with my posture improvement (and I'm easily twice as strong as I was). It's annoying that they were right all along.. Consistently showing up is the key.
