Apparently offering #commission at random posts from people looking for artists doesn't work for me.

What is the best strategy then?

Should I simply post more art and pray for people to get in touch asking for commission? I feel more inclined to do that rather than spamming my services ;w;

Now I realized that some of the posts from people looking for artists are also fake lol apparently it's an engagement farm in some platforms.

The life of real artists trying to get commissioned is not daijobu >.>

It's funny that on Instagram it's the opposite, you receive DMs asking your service but they're not real 😢

When I try to offer my services to someone on Reddit or X who is looking for commission, I can see that most of the replies are from bots or scammers.
On Discord we have a similar scenario where bots or random people DM you offering commission.

It's so annoying, I feel bad.

Getting commission nowadays is not easy due to AI and bad economy, and now we have a lot of scammers and fake artists flooding the internet with fake or stolen art 😭

E outra dúvida, você não pode tentar de novo se for negado? Quando tentei meu visto americano de turista fui negada na primeira vez, foi uma merda mas na segunda tentativa eu tava mais preparada e ganhei.

Entendi, tem um pouco de sentimento de que você não gostaria de fazer isso você mesmo sozinho, certo? Bem, se ninguém pode fazer por você, o processo não vai se fazer sozinho e você já tem a sua negativa sem ter sequer tentado.
