True but, grassroots efforts have proven successful for those starting out. It may even take a few election cycles but, not too my point is, i dont see the effort. I dont understand ppl who complain but do nothing about it.

I get it. Here's my thing though: Who else is stepping up? Pple in my age group dont want it, younger doesnt care...who is willing to fill their shoes & do the necessary work?
