I fell asleep at 5am and woke up at 9am

I need to vent, like I think I need to go to one of those rage rooms and destroy things.

My ADHD is so bad, like I want to read this book but I’ve been struggling and re reading the same page 3 times because I don’t know what I just read 😅 it’s not like I don’t understand the text but I’ll be reading and thinking about something else while I’m reading and then be like oh wait…
