A lot of people are enjoying N/A drinks for #DryJanuary, but do you wonder how they're made?
Most N/A beers/ciders/wines start out as full strength alcoholic drinks only to have the alcohol removed. Think decaf coffee.
This is one such machine that uses membrane separation to remove the alcohol.
