Day 10: Pesto Gouda
That is very pesto forward. I could not taste the cheese for a good minute afterward. I'm not sold on the combination of Gouda and pesto, either.

Day 9: Gouda with Mustard Seed
More of that, please! Good crunch from the mustard seed, good flavor from the mustard seed. That lasts. Also I love some Gouda any time

Day 8: Red Leicester
First off, it's yellow. Second, it's basically tasting just like cheddar to me

Day 7: Cheddar with Caramelized Onions
I'll be honest, I thought it would taste a lot like French Onion Soup. It kind of did? The onions are very sweet, and then once that taste subsides, it's a good sharp cheddar. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it, but I do like it.

Anyway, congratulations to Lando Norris and McLaren, and good luck to everyone next year. I will, unfortunately, not be watching, because I live in the US, and Apple does not deserve my money just for me to watch F1. 😞

Lastly, *that* team order at Monza. Feels like maybe the right thing to do is actually to say "Lando, we have no way of knowing what will happen. If you don't want to be undercut, you have to pit first, sorry" rather than make promises you can never make sure you keep.

Like, there was a time that I really thought that Oscar had it, and no one would get close. Then Lando had a runaway lead, and I thought it was zipped up. Then Max still comes back to 2 points, and not for any performances that really felt that strong.

Like, did people think Raikkonen won more because McLaren threw it away, or did it feel like he was really in the hunt all season?

I had never heard of this before, but Anna and I both think it basically tastes like classic "nacho" cheese. It was a little nicer. Would not personally recommend

Good crunch dispersed through

Day 4: Goat Cheese
Nice creamy smooth cheese. Needs a cracker
