I looked into it more. This is an add-on during their Pinball Crawl crowdfunding campaign, which launches next month. Again, my position remains the same; with the popularity of DCC, they shouldn't need a crowdfunding campaign.

Perhaps it's something "special." I would agree that it's a chance to flog Dying Earth. However, for well-established companies and product lines like DCC, crowdfunding feels a bit disingenuous; consumers' wallets become the market research, even though past sales and demand should be the measure.
